REMOVAL COSTS (only for metropolitan France)

A participation of 25 € VAT included is counted for any collection of packages.
These costs are invoiced in all cases, and are added to the costs in case of a refused quote.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations are made only for sums exceeding  200 € VAT included, unless the amount of the repair exceeds 50% of the new value of the instrument to be repaired.

Estimates are free when they are accepted.

REFUSED ESTIMATES

Rejected estimates are free of charge if you leave us the material. Simply return the signed and sealed estimate with the indication « Good for non return ». If we have picked up your equipment, only the removal cost will be charged (see above).

42 € VAT included net shipping costs included (in metropolitan France) for rotary instruments or a laboratory handpiece alone (return of the instrument dismantled, the costs of reassembly at your request but without guarantee, will be charged in addition, i.e. approximately 1 hour of labor at the price of the estimate)

52 € VAT included net shipping costs included (in metropolitan France) for laboratory boxes up to a limit of 7 Kg (return of the dismantled equipment, reassembly costs at your request but without guarantee, will be charged in addition, i.e. approximately 1 hour labor at the price quoted).

84 € VAT included net shipping costs included (in metropolitan France) for other hygiene or laboratory machines, (return of the dismantled equipment, reassembly costs at your request but without guarantee, will be charged in addition, i.e. approximately 1 hour and half labor at the price of the estimate).

When a return to the importer or the manufacturer is necessary, in case of refusal of an estimate, even without return off the device, the conditions of the refused estimate and the real shipping costs of the service  provider are applied.

GUARANTEES

Unjustified or unsolicited guarantees are invoiced 22 € VAT included.

ORDERS

We charge 11 € VAT included net for all orders below 60 € VAT included net.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS

For any return of goods of a value of less than 130 € VAT included (excluding shipping costs), a flat rate of 42 € VAT included will be charged. Shipping costs are never credited. In other cases, we charge 20% of the credit note for return costs with a minimum of 42,50 € VAT included.
